Simple and Delicious Spinach & Egg Muffins

The easiest spinach and egg muffin recipe ever!

1. Lightly grease the pan with coconut or extra virgin olive oil.
2. Break an egg into each muffin cup. 
3. Add spinach (amount is based on personal preference).
4. Place the filled muffin tin into your preheated 350 degree oven and bake for ~ 15 mins.

That's it! Super simple, quick and a great on the go snack filled with protein, veggies and fat😍

Foods such as eggs are very nutritious and don't have much of an impact on the cholesterol levels in your blood! (as many people believe to be the case)
