    Crockpot Lentil Soup! In the crockpot add: - 1 onion - 3/4 cup yellow split peas - 1 cup green lentils - 2 cups chopped potato - 2 cups carrots - 5 garlic cloves - 8 cups chicken broth - 2 cups celery At the end add: - 2 cups kale - 1 cup parsley - 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil Instructions: 1) Add ingredients, cover & cook on high for 5 hours. 2) Take 4 cups of the soup and place it in a blender with 1/2 cup olive oil.
